These terms govern your use of web applications operated by Andrew Mortensen (“Operator,” “we,” “us”) that link to this page (each, a “Service”). By using a Service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts

Services may rely on third parties (for example hosting, Google OAuth, email delivery). Your use of those features is also subject to the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by third-party platforms.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, if you have not paid a fee.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your misuse of a Service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may modify these terms or discontinue features. We will post the updated terms on this site with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in your country or region of residence.
